Return Policy

Return Eligibility

All products, including Electric Wheelchairs, E-Scooters, and Manual Wheelchairs, are eligible for return only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during shipping
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with the product
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
 

Reporting Timeline

  • Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted

 

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via phone or website within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order / Invoice Number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage/defect
  3. Our team will review and provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number if approved

  4. Further instructions will be shared for return or replacement

 

Important Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include:

    • Original packaging
    • All accessories, manuals, and parts
  • Products without original packaging or missing items may not be accepted

 

Replacement / Refund

  • Once the product is received and inspected:

    • Replacement will be provided, or
    • Refund will be processed (if replacement is not available)
  • Refunds will be issued in the original mode of payment within 7 business days after approval

 

Shipping Charges

  • In case of confirmed damage or defect:

    • Return shipping will be handled or reimbursed by Neustryd (after verification)

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Hygiene and personal use products (Commode Chairs, Walkers, etc.)
  • Batteries, chargers, and electrical components
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Used or opened products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Mattresses, cushions, and beds
  • Spare parts and accessories
