7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every Product that you purchase from Neustryd.com Note: Electric Wheelchairs, E-Scooters and Manual Wheelchairs are the only products which qualify under our 7-Day Return Policy. All other products can only be returned due to shipping damage or manufacturing defect which have to be informed to us within 24 hrs. of receipt of product If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and restocking fees that apply. The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy. A return authorization is required prior to returning your Product. Please view our Return Rules and Restrictions before returning your Product.

Please note that some Products cannot be returned.

Please note: Any payment completed via financing or online credit card transaction with a cancellation and/or return, will be accessed between 3 -10% in processing fees, in addition to restocking and return shipping fees. We do not cover shipping charges on returned Products. We do not accept return on Products that are returned due to “buyer remorse.”
